About
I'm a Senior Technical Programme Manager and Management Consultant with over 16 years of experience delivering complex, high-stakes programmes in regulated and enterprise environments across Europe.
My career began in software engineering and QA — giving me a technical foundation that most programme managers don't have. I can read architecture, challenge scope, and spot delivery risk before it becomes a crisis. I've used that foundation at board level for global organisations in MedTech, FMCG, telecoms, and enterprise IT.
I'm typically engaged when a programme is under pressure: delayed, approaching a certification deadline, undergoing an audit, or lacking the governance to make confident go/no-go decisions. I come in, assess the situation, establish accountability, and drive recovery or delivery to completion.
Beyond interim roles, I work with organisations to build the management frameworks and governance structures that prevent these situations from occurring — bespoke, practical tools that teams actually use.
